Erdinger Sommerweisse is made with delicately fruity hop flavors with citrus notes make it a fresh-hop pleasure. Surprisingly, Erdinger’s master brewers went for a select mixture of hops and the art of dry hopping. A process which brings out the flavor and mildly aromatic bitterness particularly well. Brewed in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law.
